How It Works
Darby Brilliant Beginnings is a Kindergarten to Career Savings Initiative.
As part of the DBB, Kindergarteners who apply for a career savings account are credited with $100 which will start them towards a 12-year voyage towards career development.
This deposit-only account will help your child save for college, trade school, military, professional development, or an entrepreneurial plan.
Why Were We Started
Why did we create this program? A career savings plan can make a huge difference. College and vocational graduates tend to get better jobs, avoid layoffs, and earn more money over their career.
Families get help in this program with financial literacy and receive access to resources and materials that will help them prepare their child for their future, whatever it will be.

Financial Literacy
The rising cost of college is overwhelming. Families will be better prepared to help their children plan for the costs of secondary education, and life in general, through financial literacy.
Our program will provide age appropriate curriculum for children on how to save steady and save often for their future. It will also provide workshops for parents and caregivers to help their child succeed.
